I recently spotted this tag over on Alexandra‘s blog and loved the idea! I’m a sucker for a good Disney film and thought this would be the perfect procrastination from my dissertation research!
Snow White – Do you consider yourself beautiful?
Sometimes I have really good days and think “Oh, I actually look quite nice today!” and others I’m like “Ewwww!” I wouldn’t say I’m beautiful but I scrub up alright haha!
Sleeping Beauty – How many hours do you sleep at night?I would say about 8-9 hours. Any less than that and I find it so hard to function properly; I’m like a walking zombie! I always wake up ridiculously early though. 8:30am is considered a lie-in for me!
Cinderella – Do you have a curfew?
No I don’t. I’m 20 now but even when I was younger my parents were quite laid-back about how late I stayed out (our town is very small) as long as I told them where I was and who I was with, etc.
Rapunzel – Do you love being outside?Yes I love it! Honestly, if I’m stuck inside all day I feel like I am trapped!! I love going into the outdoors and being from a rural town there’s nothing better to me than long walks in the countryside or along the coastline. I especially love it at this time of year as the world looks so pretty!
Red Riding Hood – Do you trust strangers easily?I don’t think I do. It takes me a while to trust someone and if someone breaks that trust then that’s it! I won’t really bother with them again.
The Wolf and the Seven Young Kids – Are you easily fooled?I think this depends entirely on the situation. I am always fooled by little jokes but when it comes to serious situations I think I have a good head on my shoulders.
Beauty and the Beast – What makes someone beautiful in your eyes?Being kind, happy and positive. Oh, and a good sense of humour! I love the Roald Dahl quote – “if you think lovely thoughts then they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always be beautiful”.The Little Mermaid – What would you sacrifice for love?Cheeseball alert but I would say anything! There’s nothing more important to me, especially material things. (Although having money helps buy clothes so that is a big factor in my life.)The Frog Prince – What do you find disgusting? There are many things but one thing I cannot stand is when people walk along and spit on the pavement! Oh my god, why!? That is my biggest peeve. Oh, and when people burp out loud. It actually makes me sick.
Jack and the Beanstalk – Do you have any plants?I love pretty flowers and plants but I don’t have any of my own. My mum is obsessed with flowers and always has vases around the house. I think they brighten up the room beautifully.Puss in Boots – Do you have pets? If not, do you want them?I have two dogs – a Scottish terrier called Daizy and a Yorkshire terrier called Lou Lou. They are the cutest little things and are like best friends! I miss them a lot when I’m away from home. I also have a pet tortoise called Floyd! A random pet but he’s quite cute in his own way.
Bluebeard – What is your weak point? My weakest point has to be how much I worry and stress! I worry about EVERYTHING, especially about the future. It’s my third year in university and I feel like a ball of anxiety but when things get too much I head to the gym or for a walk and that always helps to relieve my stress!
Pinocchio – What is your biggest wish?At the moment it’s just to pass my third year in university to the best possible grade but in the future it’s to live happily with a lovely family and to have a good job and be content with life.
Peter Pan – What is your mental age?I would say I’m about the right age really in my mind, although sometimes i do have crazy, young moments and others I feel like a granny because all I want to do is cosy up in bed and watch telly!
The Star Money – What is your most valuable possession?I would probably say (shallow as anything) my make-up, straighteners, phone and laptop. Those are possessions I cannot live without!!The Snow Queen – Who is your best friend and what would you do for him/her?I don’t have just one best friend but my mum is one of them. I would do anything for my mum, just like she would do the same for me.The Princess and the Pea – Are you sensitive?Very. I take things to heart a lot, even when there’s no need to and a lot of things can stick in my mind and be twisted into something different when they were not meant in that way whatsoever.Godfather Death – What qualities make a good parent?Just take note from my mum and dad because they honestly are the best parents/people in the world! You have to be kind and patient and put your child first in my opinion. The Worn-Out Dancing Shoes – Do you like parties?I love to party! I love getting glammed up, buying new clothes, doing my hair and make-up and I love getting out and socialising! The only thing that puts me off is the hangover. Before I would be able to go out for at least 3-4 nights a week and now if I go out once a week it takes me days to recover! I’m only 20!! God knows what I’ll be like in a few years time. The Emperor’s New Clothes – Do you care a lot about your clothing?Yes. I am obsessed with clothes and that’s literally all I spend my money on! I have sooo many, as in two massive wardrobes full, and it’s so hard not having that much storage space in university. I wish I was super rich so I could go shopping every day.
The Brave Little Tailor – Do you consider yourself brave?
Before I would say no, but recently I have grown up a lot and challenge myself and make myself get out there and experience. I hate confrontation though and am also petrified of birds (haha) so I guess it depends on the situation how brave I am.
I tag everyone!
Lots of love,
